Convert you AM/FM antenna to also receive digital radio signal with the MTA antenna splitter. Simply connect the original antenna (and 12V power supply) to one end and then plug your AM/FM and DAB devices to the other, it's that simple. No need to remove the original mast or run a new coaxial cable, and everything can be hidden behind a trim panel.
