We are an ISO9001 company based in Dorset, England. Founded in 2002 we have a long history within the audio and electronics markets and utilise this experience to provide innovative solutions and premium upgrades.

Our office is open 09:00-17:00 Monday- Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please be aware that enquiries sent outside of these time may experience longer response times.

We accept a wide range of payment types via our Braintree provided secure checkout.

These include Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung pay and Paypal.

Yes we are able to ship throughout Europe.

Shipping charges will vary depending on your location so it is best to proceed to the checkout to see exactly what the cost is.

We are sure your order is nearly with you.

As part of our dispatch process you should have received a tracking number that will tell you exactly where it is.

If you haven’t received this then you can contact us at [email protected] and we will provide it for you.

 

In the rare occasions that an item is out of stock we will contact you separately to inform you of any delay.

Delivery within the UK is sent via a priority service, meaning most items will be delivered within 2 days of shipping.

Once the order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking reference that will allow you to see exactly how your delivery is progressing.

Deliveries outside the UK will be subject to a longer delivery time, but tracking information will again be provided so you can keep an eye on exactly how long it will take.

We receive stock from our various suppliers daily.

If an item you would like is currently out of stock then please contact us at [email protected] and we can get you a lead time.

If for any reason you aren’t complete happy with an item then you can return it to us.
