NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please note: If you return product(s) to Celsus without an RMA number and returns form then your return will not be processed.
Returns procedure:
1. Please complete the returns form in full
2. Email or fax the form over to the Celsus returns department.

3. Celsus will then issue an RMA number and advise what course of action to take (return or field destroy)
Non-faulty Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your goods and want to return your order you can do so within 7 days from the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. If the product does not meet the standard then an additional administration and packaging charge will be applied. If you request the goods to be returned then it is at your cost.
For goods that are returned to Celsus outside of the 7 days from the purchase date and are not faulty we will apply an administration fee of £5 for anything under the value of £100 and £10 for anything over £100.
To allow us to process returns when they arrive all parcels must include a completed form and RMA number.
