So we know what has been sent back to us we need to log your return on our system.
To do this navigate to your ‘My Orders’ section, view the relevant order, and select return.
Now just follow the online steps and one of our team will get back to you with how to get the item back to us.

If the goods are faulty or were incorrectly sold we can collect from you for free or reimburse you for arranging to ship them back to us (to a maximum value of £19.90).
If the goods are simply no longer required then you can ship them back at your cost or we can collect for an additional handling fee.

To allow us to process returns when they arrive all parcels must include a completed form.

Orders placed before February 2021

Any trade order placed before February 2021 will not show on our website and therefore cannot be processed using this method.
You can initiate a return by filling out our returns form and emailing to [email protected]
Any order placed through our current website cannot be returned using this form and must be initiated through the online portal.
