Premium Acoustic Speaker Baffle 6.5" (165 mm) - Pair
The ASB001 speaker baffle is designed to universally fit behind a pair of 6.5” speakers and improve the sound quality. The high-quality foam enclosure encapsulates the back of the speaker acting to improve bass response and reduce back wave distortion improving the overall sound reproduction of your audio system. By providing an enclosed space and focusing sound forward we would expect a 3dB increase in volume when adding a pair of ASB001 baffles.
The foam material can be cut during installation to ensure perfect fitment based on your specific application. By sealing the rear of the speaker it also helps to protect against water and dust ingress and reduce damage caused from other objects.
The ASB001 is suitable for automotive, marine, caravan or home installation.
These can be used with speakers designed to operate within a small space, they are not intended for use with infinite baffle speakers.
