AM/FM, Digital Radio DAB & GPS Shark Fin Antenna

MTA have long produced top performing shark fin antennas capable of receiving multiple signals. This particular model is a Shark 2 style antenna designed for AM/FM, DAB/DAB+ and GPS.

The antenna is equipped with three male Fakra connectors. Depending on the type of radio you are connecting it too, you will require additional extension leads.

For Aftermarket Radios (Brands such as Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, etc.)

• DAB (Black Fakra connector). Use ANC7581012 – a 5m extension lead

• AM/FM (White fakra connector). Use ANC7581185 - a 5m extension lead

• GPS (Blue fakra connector). Use ANC7581012 with ANC7581077 or ANC7581113

For OEM (Factory) Radios - Most OEM radios feature a male Fakra connection at the rear of the unit. However, this should always be confirmed before purchasing.

• If your radio has a male Fakra connector, use multiple ANC7581195 – a 5m extension lead with female fakra connections on both ends.

Why should you use GPS with GLONASS? For applications in urban environments where tall buildings may obstruct a portion of the sky, it's always recommend a solution that takes advantage of both GPS and GLONASS satellites
