DIN pocket universal

The APK5171U is a universal DIN size pocket used for the installation of aftermarket head units in certain VW, Subaru and Mitsubishi vehicles. Depending on the vehicle this universal kit is used fill the gap left after a double din factory unit is removed, allowing fitment of a single din aftermarket head unit and a useful storage pocket.

Alternatively in some vehicles two single din factory radios can be removed, often a tape deck and CD player in Volkswagen. This black plastic multipurpose kit comes with all the relevant parts and instructions on which to use depending on the application.
